Our technicians will thoroughly inspect your carpet or upholstery before any procedure is performed, and then use the best treatment for your particular needs. We will pre-treat stains, sanitize and deodorize at no additional cost. Your wall-to-wall carpet, area rugs, or upholstery are deep cleaned without saturation, and our method recovers 90% of the water that is used. Sanitizing and deodorizing are especially important for the removal of bacteria, dust mites, and other allergens. We never use harsh chemicals so you can be assured of the safety of children and pets. Your carpets and upholstery will be left looking and smelling fresh, and the fabric feeling soft and natural.

J Gatto & Sons offers professional floor cleaning services for a wide variety of specialty floors including terra cotta,

Floor Buffing
Once your commercial VCT or vinyl tile floor has been professionally stripped of all old wax and resealed, J Gatto & Sons will periodically mop and high speed burnish your floor to a beautiful satin finish. High speed burnishing melts the top layer of wax and then hardens the finish again to maintain that beautiful shine.
We have excellent maintenance programs available; you choose the frequency to fit your particular needs, for example: once per month, every other month or 4 times per year. Remember: the appearance of your work or office space leaves a lasting impression and makes a big difference. It shows how much you respect and value your business and your customers!

Vinyl Tile Stripping & Resealing
Hard surface commercial tile floors can be extremely durable and long lasting if they are maintained properly. Regular stripping (removing old finish buildup and applying new) and maintenance of your floors will greatly increase their appearance and reduce long term costs to your organization.
J Gatto & Sons is pleased to offer professional commercial vinyl tile stripping and re-sealing for your office or business.
The process includes the following:
We use a high power stripping machine to remove all old built on floor finish, being especially careful to get along sides and corners, using a hand tool when necessary.
We then apply 3 coats of 22% solids floor finish to protect your floor from daily traffic and give it a beautiful shine.
We recommend having us return in a few weeks to professionally mop and high speed burnish your floor to a beautiful satin finish.
A maintenance program of mopping and high speed burnishing once a month is highly recommended to keep your floor looking at its absolute best all year round.
